Shanon BWR grade plywood is made of 100% high-quality plantation Red Core timber veneers. Both, the inner core and outer surface are made from superior-quality hardwood and are bonded by undiluted melamine-fortified urea-formaldehyde resin to ensure structural integrity and durability. The melamine content is kept at a minimum of 10% to ensure the ply has water-resistant capabilities.
Shanon BWR Plywood is composed using 8 x 2 ft full core panels to ensure zero gaps, zero overlaps, and zero splitting as well as strong screw & nail holding capability. More plies are used to render the plywood bend-resistant and warp-proof. Last but not least; it is made resistant to borers, termites, and other wood-destroying insects.
